It is understood that LeGarrette Blount has agreed to a 1-year with the Green Bay Packers.
Blount, 30, was the leading touchdown scorer on the ground in the 2016 season, scoring a massive 18 touchdown and is now believed to have signed a 1-year deal with the Packers worth between $3-4 million per season.
With Eddie Lacy signing with the Seattle Seahawks the Packer needed a power back and Blount certainly fills that need for the Packers.
The 2x Super Bowl champion made 299 attempts in 2016 rushing for 1,161 yards and led the league in Touchdowns with 18. It was believed the Patriots were keen of keeping Blount but never offered him a contract greater then $2 million per season.
The former un-drafted running back out of Oregon will join his 5th NFL team and look to his add to his 108 NFL game career where he has rushed for 5,122 and scoring 49 touchdowns.
