Five-eighth’s Ranked Heading into the 2018 NRL Season

The new season is quickly approaching and that means one thing and one thing only…POWER RANKINGS.

Here’s our countdown of the best No.6’s in the league this season.

16 Lachlan Croker (Sea Eagles)

His best attribute will be sitting back and letting Daly Cherry-Evans do all the work – Not expecting much from Croker in 2018 – Proves us wrong!

15 Kane Elgey (Titans)

Make or break season for Kane Elgey, with Tyrone Roberts now gone and no longer has to compete for a spot with him, Elgey needs to prove he belongs in the NRL.

14 Connor Watson (Knights)

Great Signing, Good prospect and will team-up with former Rooster in Mitchell Pearce, Newcaslte on the way up!

13 Blake Green (Warriors)

His third club in 3-years. Doesn’t do too much, but once again doesn’t have to with Shaun Johnson along side him now.

12 Blake Austin (Raiders)

He’s got everything a modern five-eighth needs. Was lacking in 2017.

Has a huge frame and impressive running game and can act as a dominant play-maker when needed.

11 Josh Reynolds (Wests Tigers)

Excellent ball runner and expecting a fresh start is exactly what the former doggie needs.

Still known to trip up in defence, but has an underrated kicking game.
