South Sydney Rabbitohs are keen to offload 2014 NRL Grand Final winner Kyle Turner to England before the kick off of Round 1.
Wayne Bennett has made it clear the the 26-year-old is not in his plans and the club is hoping a Super League club will pick up Turner in coming weeks.
Turner made his debut for Souths back in 2014 and impressed in his breakthrough season, helping the club secure the Premiership with a win over Canterbury Bulldogs.
Head and neck injuries have plagued him since then and he made just one top grade appearance in 2018.
With little interest from rival NRL Clubs for the services of Turner in 2019, the Rabbitohs are believed to be in discussion with a number of Super League Teams who have shown interest in the 26-year old if they can secure him cheaply.
With just six weeks before the Rabbitohs take on the 2018 Premiers the Sydney Roosters, the bunnies are willing to offload Turner as soon as they can.
