Jimmy Garoppolo Wants a Starting Job in 2017

It is understood that Jimmy Garoppolo has requested the New England Patriots Trade him this off season.

Tom Brady’s four game suspension has opened the door for Jimmy Garoppolo to start games under center for the New England Patriots. The results were good with the Patriots winning 3 of the 4 games without Brady.

Garoppolo, 25, rookie deal is set to expire at the end of the 2017 season and the Patriots would have to play the back to Tom Barady a hefty fee to keep him in New England or else he would hit free agency with a number of teams lining up to get his signature on paper.


WIth Tom Brady at the tp of his game though, it is believed Garoppolo wants to become a QB 1 next season, which means it would have to happen at a new team and the Patriots likely to trade Garoppolo for a very hand draft pick or even two.
