North Melbourne’s cult hero Ben Brown is currently on a modified training programs, due to  having a minor knee operation in mid January.

Brown is unlikely to take part in any of the JLT Community Series for the Kangaroos, as he tries to get full fitness before round 1

Todd Goldstein

Goldstein has been struggling with a niggling ankle injury and has been on a modified training program away from the main group.

Coach Brad Scott is confident that his No.1 ruckman will be ready to go for round 1, but may play little to none of the JLT Community Series this pre-season.
