Walsh, 29, left St Helens after scoring 466 points in 64 games across three seasons.

He will slot into the play-making role at Catalans after the Dragons released Todd Carney, who still had two years left on his contract.

Walsh is an experienced player who will quickly become a leader for the Catalan Dragons group.

Walsh previously played with the Penrith Panthers and Newcastle Knights in the NRL.

Eden, 25, started his career with the Tigers before moving on to Huddersfield Giants, Hull KR and a Stint with the Brisbane Broncos in 2016. Eden will return to Super League for the 2017 season.

Tigers head coach Daryl Powell is expected to use Eden has a replacement Denny Solomona and can only hope he scores half what Solomona produced in 2016.

Found opportunities hard to come by in Wayne Bennett’s Brisbane Broncos NRL side, but Tigers coach Daryl Powell is delighted with the signing.
